I always looked for answers to the deeper meaning of life.  It wasn't until I began to practice this meditation that all the deep questions of my mind began to be resolved.  Everyday now I feel so happy and energized by sharing this delightful gift of meditation.  I feel sincerely hopeful and grateful to be able to share this powerful method with people all over the world.  Doing meditation online has shown to be powerful way to connect and become one during challenging times.

I become a meditation guide since it changed my life inside out. I had never truly loved who I was and always felt lost. I was able to learn where all those thoughts came from and was able to cleanse that mind through our meditation method. For the first time in my life, I was able to respect and love who I was and at that time. This gave me so much happiness and freedom inside. I want to share this happiness with others as I know we all are meant to be happy when we find our true selves. Through almost ten years of guiding meditation, I witness so many changes in people's lives from within themselves. I hope that more people can find their true selves and be able to live with more meaning and purpose. I will dedicate as much as I can to help people.

I have been practicing meditation for over 15 years. Through meditation I was able to find true happiness, true peace and true self. These do not exist outside in the world, but have found out it exists in our clean mind and heart which is the universe. Through the meditation method that is practiced, everybody can find true happiness, peace and their true self.
